Statement:

Hemotek Medical Inc. is a privately controlled California C-corporation based in Northern California.

The company was founded by medical doctors and biomedical engineers.  CEO Charles Ventura and CSO Dr. Patrick Rousche are positioning the company as a leader in delivering effective yet cost effective solutions to protect patients against venous needle dislodgement during hemodialysis and solve additional healthcare problems.  

Initial product development is ongoing and now under a US government Phase IIB SBIR grant.
